    Answering Exchange employees are all local to our area and undergo rigorous training, ensuring your customers speak with a professional and knowledgable representative each time. Our average representative has been with the company for 14 years, so they have experience handling a variety of situations with patience and ease.

  • What if I call at a busy time during an emergency?

    We know how important it is for your customers to speak to a real person at any time that is convenient to them. Our central location in the midwest, backup generators and emergency backup system ensure Answering Exchange is always online and available to your customers— even when there is inclement weather or an emergency situation.

  • Are the calls recorded?

    Yes, we record and save all voice and typed messages, so if you need information on past calls for legal or insurance purposes, we have that available to you. Our goal is to ensure you’re always taken care of, regardless of the circumstance.

  • How do you deliver messages other than by phone?

    One of our goals is to effectively utilize the most state-of-the-art technology to best serve our clients. We have several ways to deliver messages, including text to cell (SMS is what most clients are using now), but please contact us directly at (316) 262-8282 to discuss your unique needs.

  • Will my calls and personal information be kept confidential?

    Absolutely. We are HIPAA and Hi-Tech compliant, and we now offer MiSecure Messages as well. Rest assured that Answering Exchange employees are all local to our area and undergo rigorous training, ensuring individuals working on your account are professional and responsible.

  • How can you answer or transfer my calls?

    If you need us to answer your phone and transfer calls, we have this transfer capability. Remember, every service we offer is manned by real people who are local to our area.

  • Can you handle scheduling my appointments for me?

    As long as we can access your system through the web, we are able to schedule appointments for you. Our expertise simplifies the complexities of communication to bring unity to your otherwise hectic schedule.
